Come Home to Who You Truly Are
True North creates welcoming spaces for gay, bi, queer, and questioning men to slow down, have honest conversations, and reconnect with themselves. Our goal is to help you to build a life rooted in authenticity rather than others’ expectations.
Have you spent a long time being who everyone needed you to be.
Maybe you've built a life that looks perfectly fine from the outside, but something inside doesn't quite feel like you anymore. You've learned how to fit in. How to keep people happy. How to meet expectations. Maybe you've spent years hiding parts of yourself, or you've simply reached a point in life where you're asking:
Who am I when I'm no longer trying to be who everyone else expects me to be?
You don't need to have the answer.
Sometimes we just need somewhere safe enough to begin asking the question.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It's about reconnecting with the person who's been there all along.
True North is a life coaching practice built around honest conversation, curiosity, self-discovery, and the belief that there isn't one right way to live your life.
Together, we can explore what's working, what isn't, what you want, what you've outgrown, and where you want to go in life.
No performance.
No judgment.
No pretending to have everything figured out.
Just an honest place to begin.
Meet Malcolm
Hi, I'm Malcolm.
For much of my life, I knew how to be the person other people expected me to be.
What took much longer was learning how to be myself.
I know what it's like to hide parts of yourself to belong. I've navigated faith, marriage, divorce, coming to terms with being gay, starting over, therapy, love, and the strange experience of realizing later in life that you're still discovering who you are.
True North grew from those experiences and from my belief that some of the most meaningful changes in our lives begin with one thing:
An honest conversation.
There are a few ways to pull up a chair.
COACHING
One-on-one conversations for gay, bi, queer, and questioning men who are ready to reconnect with themselves, navigate change, and explore what living authentically means for them.
STORIES FROM THE TABLE
Personal stories and reflections about authenticity, belonging, expectations, identity, and finding our way back to ourselves.
30 DAYS TO YOUR TRUE NORTH (coming soon!)
A self-guided 30-day journey of reflection, writing, and honest questions designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
A few things I believe...
Your life doesn't have to make sense to everyone else to be right for you.
You can change your mind.
You can outgrow old versions of yourself.
You can love people and still choose a different path.
You don't need all the answers before you begin.
And you're allowed to build a life that actually feels like yours.
You don't have to arrive with everything figured out.
Sometimes the first step is simply having somewhere to say:
"Here's where I am."
If you're ready for an honest conversation about where you've been, where you are, and where you might want to go...
Pull up a chair
