Letters from the Table

Stories, reflections, and honest conversations about coming home to yourself.

There are some things we only talk about when we feel safe enough to be honest.

Letters from the Table is a collection of stories, reflections, questions, and observations about the beautiful, complicated process of becoming more fully ourselves. I write about the masks we learn to wear, the expectations we carry, relationships, identity, authenticity, and the moments when we begin to wonder, What would it feel like to live more honestly?

Some letters come from my own experience. Others come from the questions I find myself sitting with—about who we were, who we became, and who we might still be becoming.

There isn't a perfect destination here. I don't have all the answers, and I don't believe any of us ever truly “arrive.” I think we're continually discovering, remembering, and finding our way back to the parts of ourselves we may have set aside along the way.

So, if something here speaks to you, pull up a chair.
